Getting started for customers

Keka API is an add-on feature that requires a subscription for customer access.

Only the Global admin has the authority to generate and manage API keys.

1. To access API keys, users must navigate to "Global admin settings -> Integrations & Automations -> API access -> API key".
2. Users must first generate the client ID and client secret.
3. API keys can be generated by selecting the required privileges and scopes.
4. API keys do not have a default expiry, but users can set expiry dates by enabling the "Set expiry" toggle and configuring the expiry date.
